With 3 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with an open shower, a spacious living and cooking area and a high-quality sun terrace with Weber electro grill, the apartment offers a lot of possibilities for the perfect holiday in the surrounding summer and winter sports areas. A carboard, three parking spaces in front of the house, a wash station for bikes and free Wi-Fi are available to all guests.
The holiday house is situated in a quiet, yet ideally situated location in the district of Lahntal in Maishofen. The three popular ski resorts Saalfelden-Maria-Alm-Hinterthal, Zell am See-Kaprun with the glacier Kitzsteinhorn as well as Austria's largest ski area, Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn are all within 10 to 20 minutes by car. Furthermore, a ski bus takes you directly to the desired ski resort. The possibilities of exploring in the summer are almost limitless: breathtaking hiking trails and mountain tours, mountain biketrails or sunny days at the Zeller lake make every vacationer heart beat faster.

Details
Payment Arrangements & Deposit
For the processing of the payments your registered credit card data or the data of the direct bank transfer are used. 20% of the accomodation price on booking, 80% of the overnight stay price 30 days before arrival. The local tax and the amount for cleaning and laundry or the security deposit will be charged 48 hours or 2 days before arrival.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object.
ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check-In
Check-in is possible every day from 16.00 to 18.30. Please contact the contact person a few minutes before your arrival. If you arrive outside of these times, please contact the local contact person directly. Contact will be sent 2 days before arrival via e-mail.
Keys
The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 2 days before arrival by mail.
Parking Place
Parking is available in front of the house.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 11:00 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
1 bed set per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover and 2 towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.
Hygiene Products
Please note that these are holiday apartments so there are no toiletries and hairdryers in the bathroom.
Cancellation Fee
Changes and cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free.
Changes and cancellations within 31 days will be charged with 100% of the total price. A resignation must be made in written form.
